Applications for Network CCTV Technology

Single Site Single Site A number of IP Cameras (static or dome) can be located around the premises on the local area network.  As well as standard CAT-5 cabling, they can be connected over a wireless link or by using Power over Ethernet.
The ViewCommander server, located on-site, manages and records the cameras. With a broadband connection and a suitable router, the live and recorded images can be viewed remotely from any Internet Browser.
ViewCommander is available in 4-, 9-, 16- & 24-camera versions, according to requirements. ViewCommander can be supplied as a PC application to run on your own equipment (please enquire for specifications required) or as a complete hardware/software package.
If an existing analogue CCTV system is being upgraded or extended, Camea Video Servers can be used so that the existing installation can become part of the digital network.

Large Single Site Large Single Site
Each ViewCommander server can manage and record up to 24 cameras. Multiple servers can be linked together, in a single control room or in a dispersed system, to provide a single interface into the system.
Existing analogue (coax) systems can be integrated into the digital network using the PX Video Servers.
ViewCommander can be linked to the alarm system to highlight alarmed areas.
View-only ViewCommander applications can be used to review activity on any of the active servers.
Multi Site Multi Site
One or two network cameras are attached via the network to the broadband router on each site. ViewCommander is in a central location and manages and records the cameras remotely, via a Broadband link.
Complex Multi Site Complex Multi Site
Each site has multiple cameras, managed and recorded locally. In addition, a centralised ViewCommander system can manage and record each site.
